Demarco Coffee Roasters was founded in 2012 by two friends who each have a passion for coffee. Demarco coffee started from the simple idea that the city that never sleeps needed coffee to keep it going; coffee that was local, fresh and part of the community. Before long, the idea transformed and Demarco Coffee came to life. They wanted to create artisan, specialty grade blends and single origin coffees to give businesses the option of purchasing fresh, locally-roasted coffee.
With a focus on roasting from only the highest quality Arabica beans, they source from the best coffee regions across the globe. As micro-roasters, every member of the team plays a role in their guarantee for the best taste, quality and consistency. Each blend is handcrafted and roasted to perfection in Long Island City – taking root in the community where the idea was born. At the time and still to this day they are one of only a couple coffee roasters in the New York tri-state area that micro-roast specialty grade coffees.
