Their fresh beans come from various origins around the world, and are chosen through different processes. Reverie’s roasting team is headed by Beau Harris, a seasoned coffee veteran. Having been the head barista of multiple cafes, a certified espresso machine technician, and a cafe consultant, he knows the affect great coffee can have on all aspects of a cafe business, including the bottom line. Beau’s approach to great coffee is making it both intriguing and drinkable by modifying the unique origin characteristics to highlight interesting flavors while also maintaining a sense of balance and clarity.
