Best Guac on the Block
This is a quick and easy guacamole recipe by our chef, Mat Skinner, with a few "secret" ingredients to give it some extra flavor.

large ripe Hass avocados

finely chopped red onion

freshly squeezed limes

jalapeƱo seeded and minced

fresh chopped cilantro

hot sauce

Worcestershire sauce

minced garlic

Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

large Roma diced tomato

cup
cotija cheese
can substitute queso fresco or feta
Method
Using a fork, roughly mash the avocado. (Don't overdo it! The guacamole should be a little chunky.)
Add the remaining ingredients and stir.
Before serving, top the guacamole top with cotija cheese.
