Ingredients
  

  • 4 large ripe Hass avocados
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 2 limes freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 jalapeños seeded and minced
  • 2 dashes hot sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 large Roma tomato diced
  • 1/4 cup cojita cheese

Method
 

  1. Using a fork, roughly mash the avocado (note: don’t overdo it! The guacamole should be a little chunky)
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir
  3. Top the guacamole with cojita cheese (can substitute with queso fresco or feta)
