Maple Spice Graham Cracker Latte

Drink it cold on the go, or show off your latte art on cool fall mornings. However you make it, you're sure to enjoy it. In our video, we prepared the Iced variation. You find written instructions for both a hot and cold variety below.

Equipment

  • Espresso Maker
  • Shot glass or measuring cup

Ingredients
  

  • 2 shots Espresso
  • 12 oz Oat Milk steamed
  • 1.5 oz Monin Maple Spice Syrup
  • Cinnamon
  • Graham Crackers

Instructions
 

Hot Directions

  • Extract espresso
  • Steam oat milk to temp and add to espresso(140-150F)
  • Add maple spice syrup
  • Add a dash of cinnamon
  • Garnish with graham cracker crumbles

Cold Directions

  • Portion a dash of cinnamon into a measuring glass
  • Extract espresso on top of cinnamon
  • Fill serving cup halfway with ice
  • Pour oat milk over ice 3/4 of the way full
  • Add maple spice syrup
  • Pour espresso over drink mix
  • Top with whip cream
  • Garnish with graham cracker square
