Epic Banana Bread Recipe

Banana Bread from Canteen and AMIkids

- Oven
- Mixer
- Bread Pan
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup olive oil extra virgin
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour sifted
- 3 bananas
- 1 vanilla bean
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Cream olive oil and sugar for five minutes
- Add eggs
- Sift all dry ingredients together and add half at a time to the wet mixture
- Once dry ingredients are incorporated, add whole, peeled banana
- Split the vanilla bean and scrape into the mixture
- Mix until smooth
- Spray the pan pan very well with baking spray
- Fill halfway with mixture
- Bake until a toothpick sticks in the middle and comes out clean, approximately 35-50 minutes
