Craving A Sour Snack?

Although less common than cravings for sweet or salty snacks, many people experience cravings for sour foods, but what causes these cravings and what’s the best way to satisfy them?

Avenue C or café, or pick up a bag of salt and vinegar chips from a nearby vending machine for a quick vinegar fix.  Wash it all down with a glass of filtered water with fresh-squeezed lemon for another stomach acid boost.
