Char House

Craving the taste of your grilled favorites from a family cookout? Char House is fast, flavorful, and always fresh. With various grilled foods like burgers, sandwiches, and wraps, this menu celebrates the art of grilling by crafting every item with passion and precision.

The bold and fun ambiance at this station only adds to the experience. The industrial-inspired interior design combines industrial elements with vibrant brand colors. You’ll be enjoying fresh-off-the-grill food in a modern, energetic, and utterly captivating environment that will keep all who experience it coming back for more.

  • Classic Char: A freshly grilled ⅓ LB beef patty with melted cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and our special Char sauce.

We designed the Chef’s Table interior with an open kitchen layout to give our guests insight into how our chefs work. The overall design embraces a sleek and minimalistic aesthetic with clean lines and neutral tones. This sophisticated, contemporary atmosphere keeps the focus on the artistry on the plates. The interior design blends modern elegance with the excitement of live culinary experiences.

GO-GO SUSHI

Offering you a fresh taste of the sea, this concept is all about combining traditional sushi dishes with a vibrant, playful, and colorful ambiance. The quick-service eatery or pop-up station features bold and brightly colored sushi rolls, each roll hand-crafted to burst with flavor.

The GO-GO SUSHI station features an eye-catching design with its bold use of red and blue colors to immediately capture the viewer’s attention. The front of the station is playfully designed, integrating classic Japanese kaiju imagery and Japanese pop culture’s unique flair.

  • Shrimp Tempura Roll: Cucumber, carrot, avocado, and shrimp tempura topped with oyster sauce
  • California Roll: Dill-infused cream cheese, carrot, cucumber, and krab stick.

This concept gives its guests a traditional vintage deli with a modern twist. Heritage Deli’s menu features classic deli favorites like freshly made sandwiches with premium meats, cheeses, and homemade chips.

The interior boasts a harmonious mix of modern furnishings, comfortable seating options, and communal tables that bring people together.  Large graphics, such as carefully curated artwork and bold murals, adorn the walls, adding to the space and illuminating it in vibrant colors. This art showcases a fusion of traditional Asian motifs and street art influences, creating an edgy and energetic atmosphere.

This menu includes build-your-own salads, signature creations, and additional offerings, catering to each individual’s specific dietary needs, health preferences, and tastes.

Salad Studio’s ambiance reflects the freshness, creativity, and health-conscious environment of the brand. It incorporates sustainable design elements like reclaimed wood furniture, recycled materials, and energy-efficient lighting fixtures. We hope to allow our guests to use touchscreens or tablets to learn about ingredients, nutritional values, and even design their own salads.
